Help Stop The Spread Of HIV & AIDS
Heart to Heart Community Enrichment, Inc. raises the awareness of HIV/AIDS and its impact in Polk County Florida’s minority communities. The HIV/AIDS Education and Prevention Awareness Program educates Polk County Florida’s minority communities, including African-American, Hispanic and Haitian/Caribbean communities to help fight the Stigma and Denial of HIV/AIDS. The program is designed in a way that is consistent with the cultural values and linguistically appropriate for the different segments of the minority population. Once we get rid of the Stigma and Denial, we will reduce the spread of HIV/AIDS.
